Still thinking of you Nick, R.I.P

Hi Nick,

Just sponsored your dad for his Green Park Challenge, and thought I'd have a look at your website.

I got up early and went to see you up Pangbourne Hill yesterday morning - but had the feeling you weren't there, you were probably getting ready to go see Reading play - finally got into the Premiership!

Sorry i haven't written in a while - you have probably seen how busy I've been recently. Starting to think Uni would have been a good idea.

I feel so sad still that i cant see you - i just tell myself that you've gone to Uni like everyone else - still cant stand the thought that you're gone.

When we lost you everyone would say "You will always be in our thoughts" and it's true. Not a day goes by when I'm not thinking about you. At work, I've made some really great new friends, and although they never even met you - they always say they feel like they knew you.

Some days I'll be in the best possible mood and i'll see or hear something that reminds me of you, and suddenly i feel sad again. My manager has "you'll never walk alone" as her ringtone, and everytime her phone rings i get goose bumps.

After reading all of the messages in your condolence book, I realised that everyone loved you because you were so kind and never hurt anyone. I wish i could be more like you, you've probably seen all the bad decisions I'v made recently - i wish i could turn back time.

Will took me to see Chelsea play a few months ago - and this year Im going to make it sure I go to more matches - no wonder you supported them - they rock!

My thoughts are partcularly with your mum today. My uncle passed away 5 years ago, and even now my nan strugggles to get through mothers day.

I'm going to pick you some daffodils soon and come see you again. I hope you are okay and still watching over us. Altough i feel sad the next morning, i love when you visit me in my dreams, just seeing you perks me up

i wish i could see you properly though

All my love
